We are seeking highly motivated sales representatives to join our team and contribute to our continued success.Job Summary:The Sales Representative will be responsible for driving new business growth through proactive outreach, relationship building, and effective sales strategies. This role is ideal for a results-oriented individual who thrives in a commission-based environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional value to clients.Responsibilities:
  • Lead Generation and Outreach:
    • Conduct cold outreach via phone, email, and social media to identify and qualify potential leads.
    • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified prospects.
    • Research and identify key decision-makers within target organizations.
    • Relationship Building and Sales:
      • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients.
      • Conduct in-depth needs assessments to understand client requirements.
      • Present and demonstrate Chamber Media's services and solutions effectively.
      • Negotiate and close sales contracts, consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets.
      • Manage and track sales activities and progress using CRM software.
      • Trade Show and Networking:
        • Represent Chamber Media at industry trade shows and networking events.
        • Generate leads and build relationships with potential clients at these events.
        • Market Research and Analysis:
          • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities.
          • Provide feedback to the management team on market insights and sales strategies.Qualifications:
            • Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in a B2B environment.
            • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
            • Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
            • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
            • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
            • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
            • Ability to attend Trade Shows and networking events.
            • Preferred knowledge of the Media/advertising industry.Compensation and Benefits:
              • Commission-based compensation with a draw of $10 per hour.
              • Full-time on-target earnings (OTE) of $110,000+ with no cap on earnings.
              • Commission rate of 10% on all closed deals.
              • Current Average Contract Size: $125,000.
