A company is looking for a Hiring Manager with a People Ops mindset.
Key Responsibilities

Lead full-cycle hiring for multiple teams from kickoff to offer letter
Design and own onboarding programs that feel warm, clear, and rooted in purpose
Build and maintain a pipeline of high-potential candidates for future roles

Required Qualifications

3-5 years of experience in recruiting, HR, or people operations
Strong understanding of full-cycle hiring and onboarding
Organized, proactive, and able to juggle multiple priorities
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and onboarding tools
Committed to building inclusive, equitable hiring practices
