OBJECTIVE OF POSITION



Qualify, acquire, service, maintain and expand client base; obtain job orders (temp, temp to full-time and full-time) solicited from the business community; recruit, screen, evaluate and match qualified candidates to the clients? specific job order requirements to ensure client retention; contribute to the professional standing of AppleOne as a personnel staffing service by supplying clients and applicants with outstanding customer service and results; continually meet the needs of our clients and customers (applicants); develop, coach, counsel and recommend applicants as required.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES



Client development and rapport building


a. Actively campaign target accounts-heavy outside sales (target 51% of the time)


b. Continue to develop client relationships through on-site visits.


c. New client development.


Maintain minimum standards and increase sales for temporary billing and full-time cash-in. Minimum standards to be determined by Branch Manager.


Interface with clients to identify needs, present programs and to obtain job orders either through marketing calls, responses to requests or from referrals.


Maintain credit and collection standards in accordance with policies.


Continuously develop applicant base through recruiting, reactivating and referrals.


Interview, evaluate and reference all candidates to determine their skill levels and their suitability for employment and/or placement.


Coach, counsel and recommend applicants as required. Determine applicant?s qualification for placement and assignment removal.


Maximize gross margin dollars and full-time cash-in by utilizing business philosophy and sales techniques.


Effectively manage all collections and aging of own accounts referring to manager when necessary.


Recruit, screen, evaluate and match qualified candidates to the client?s specific job order requirements to ensure client retention.


Process weekly temporary payroll.


Comply with Regional and Corporate expense report guidelines.


Interface with Manager, Regional Manager and Key Accounts when appropriate on ?Key? or ?A? accounts.

Excellent written and verbal skills.


Professional appearance.

Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision.


Must possess excellent organizational/time management skills.


Must be multi-task oriented.


Proven ability to work with people at all levels.


Must be flexible and a team player.


The ability to work well in a fast-paced environment with a strong sense of urgency.


Possess the knowledge and confidence to effectively develop clients via telephone or in person.


Related sales/customer service experience.


Ability to excel in a goal oriented sales environment.


Basic computer skills.
